Meet Rachel
Fundraising is built on relationships, values, and opportunities... and I LOVE IT.
I spent 15+ years leading fundraising and communications at human services organizations of all sizes. From small shops where it was just me trying to figure it out to large teams with specialized roles and everything in between - all because I deeply love my community and want my neighbors to live full lives.
I started consulting because I witnessed too many peers burnt out and being overwhelmed by a to-do list that left no time for growth.
My goal is to help teams fill in the gaps with training, coaching, and even hand-on support when there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to make your vision possible.
Why?
-
Fundraising cycles in tidal waves, but there are never enough hands for those peak moments.
-
Small teams often don't have someone dedicated to fundraising, limiting their capacity for growth.
-
Young professionals are often hired based on potential, but no one has time to foster their growth. Coaching and education is often available for senior executives at large organizations, but rarely at any other level.
-
Sometimes a leader just needs a peer who "gets it" to help generate new ideas, dig into sticky problems, or execute a strategic vision.
-
Resignations are never convenient, and sometimes you need someone to jump in and help with day-to-day work, take on a critical project, or keep the work humming.
-
Everything's on fire, but the most critical fires won't get you out of the current crisis.
If this sounds like your experience, let's talk. I'd love to help you transition your mission work into one that has the potential to thrive.
